At Proof Roots, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of our hair growth oil, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the personal nature of hair and skincare products, we only offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item was never delivered.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products purchased on sale or with discount codes (unless damaged or defective)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [your@email.com] with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Photo evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)

Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
