During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly delayed. Thank you for your patience.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times and methods are:

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website.
6. Delays and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, weather events, or customs clearance issues. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
